Chantel’s Originals
Enriching hearts and lives through art
A passionate artist from early childhood, Chantel began to sell her
paintings as early as 6th grade. Although she loves painting many
subjects in different styles, faces have always been her passion. Chantel's
desire is to capture more than an individuals features on canvas. She
aspires to capture their heart. Chantel has continued to refine her self-
taught skills over the years, realizing that this is actually an advantage.
Her style is completely her own.
Believing that art is meant to inspire, Chantel has donated a collection of
her art throughout the mid-south. The Commercial Appeal, along with
several other local newspapers, have done numerous stories on the
portraits she has donated to grieving families who have lost a loved one.
In 2005 Chantel was featured on a Live at Nine television program, along
with her portraits. In 2007 she was chosen as one of “THE TWELVE
WHO MADE A DIFFERENCE” by the Commercial Appeal.
Chantel has been a member of the Portrait Society of America for the past
three years. Her paintings have been sold in galleries and fine shoppes.
Her artwork has been exhibited in several group shows. Chantel's work
is owned by private and public collectors throughout the U.S and
overseas, including the famed BB Kings Blues Club located on Beale in
Memphis Tennessee.
